ERP system balances and manages the integrated resources of human, property, material, information and space. It is composed of different modules, thus being able to coordinate different departments and improve Jiayao Textile’s competitive ability and strain capacity.

Cloth Inspection and Wrapper Machine

Each meter of cloth, after dying and post finishes and before packaging, Jiayao will conduct mid-test and final test according to American standard "four-point system", in order to timely discover, analyze and repair the defective products.

Quality Control Center is the department responsible for quality control, examining the basic fabric traits like color fastness to washing /rubbing/sunlight and color difference.
